Meet the Team

Chester is a long time surfer and has been involved in the outdoor adventure industry for over 20 years. Chester started Absolute Adventures in 1999 where he has built a well-respected and established company that has created amazing coastal experienced for tourists and local people alike. Chester spends most of his time on the water surfing, stand up paddle boarding and having fun with family and friends.

Sean is the Operations Manager of Absolute Adventures and business partner to Chester. Sean's roots lie in white water kayaking but he loves all outdoor sports thats gets him into nature. After studying Outdoor Education in College Sean has spent the last 15 years working in the outdoor adventure industry all over the world in places such as Japan, New Zealand, Uganda, Laos and more. Sean can be found pretty much everyday at Brelades Bay leading the Absolute Adventures Team in giving world class experience to our customers.

Kevin is Technical Advisor and a very good friend to Absolute Adventures. He has been by our side since the birth of AA and is still. With over 30 years plus in the outdoor adventure industry he has a wealth of knowledge that he openly shares with us and our customers. Kevin can be most likely be found paddling a stretch of the Jersey coastline than anywhere else in the world.
