The information collected from you will only be used for the purpose of processing your enquiry and / or booking with us.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Information we collect about you will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent or the requestors’ demonstrated legal authority to receive it.

Unless you have agreed to receive further information and news we will not hold the data on your booking forms or enquires beyond one year. This is in case you re book with us. The medical information requested is to enable staff to be alerted to any possible medical matters that might be of significance when taking part in an adventure activity to ensure your safety and enjoyment.

If you have agreed to allow photographs to be uploaded to the site to enable you to share them with friends we will not include any personal information on the photographs other than the date and location of the pictures. Having opted in to allow this to happen, you may at any time request that we delete photographs of you. Write to us indicating the dates the photographs were taken. We will remove photographs within one week of receipt of you request. Unless the photographs are especially good we will not keep them beyond one year and will periodically delete photos from the site.

If you have opted in to receive further information you may opt out at any time by contacting us either by e mail or in writing.

Information held relating to our employees is gathered only to ensure that we comply with agreed standards and legal requirements when operating a business and adventure Sports Company. Any disclosure of information will only be made with the consent of the employee or the requestors’ demonstrated legal authority to receive it.

Staff have the same rights as clients to access and check information held about themselves.
